Refund policy

Our eBooks are digital products delivered instantly, so we don't normally offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

We will gladly give you a full refund, or send the correct file, if:

• your download link didn't arrive or doesn't work, and we can't fix it within 7 days of your purchase
• the file is damaged or won't open, and a replacement doesn't solve it
• you were charged twice for the same order or bought the same book twice by mistake
• you received the wrong book

To request help or a refund, email chaibreak@thecorporatechapter.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
